Process: 18 hour dry fermentation before being mechanically depulped, followed by a 24 hour wet fermentation, and dried for 15 days on raised beds.

Magic: We have been loving this Colombian coffee from Florinda Burgos. Her and her husband have been working together for 25 years. Despite being in their elder years, they work tirelessly to produce the best coffee they possibly can. Their hard work shows and for that we are thankful.

We’re tasting yellow peach, blueberry, and vanilla in the cup. It’s great as a filter coffee, but we are especially loving it on espresso.
