Process: Mechanically depulped and transferred to wood basins same day for a 20 hour wet fermentation. Dried 14-16 days on parabolic beds.

Magic: Nair’s farm has been in the family for several generations, mostly for subsistence, but in 2010 she began receiving technical help from the Peruvian government, and more recently by COOPBAM with the aim of preserving native coffee varieties, and producing really really good tasting coffee. This is our first Peruvian coffee we’ve sourced as the glorious post-rise phoenix that is called Little Owl and it’s a banger. We set out to find y’all a super approachable coffee that everyone will like (even your dad). Don’t get us wrong though, this coffee is lively and sweet and we’re hella proud of it.
